What hours is the practice open?

Monday – Thursday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
(Closed between 1.00pm and 2.00pm for lunch)

Friday: 8.00am to 4.30pm
(Closed between 1.00pm and 1.30pm for lunch)

Saturday: by appointment

How do I make an appointment?

Simply fill in our online booking form – we will get back to you to confirm a date and time. Alternatively, you can telephone us or call into the practice.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment, so we can offer the appointment to someone who needs urgent treatment. If you do not let us know in advance, we may charge a cancellation feel.

What do I do if I have a dental emergency?

We do our best to see patients with genuine dental emergencies on the day they contact us. It is best to call us as early as possible. If you have an out-of-hours emergency, please call our usual telephone number and listen to the answer phone message for more information.

Can I park at the practice?

There is free off-road parking available on the nearby streets.

Do you have suitable access for people with disabilities?

We have a ramp for easy wheelchair access as well as ground floor surgeries.

Do you offer interest-free credit?

Yes we do. You can find more information here. We also offer a monthly payment plan to help make your dental care more affordable.
